For a planned cashless admission, call our insurance desk on 97714 23640 before you come, and ask which documents to bring. The desk is open 24 hours and sends the pre-authorisation request to your insurer for you.

Cashless means the amount your insurer approves is settled directly between your insurer, or its TPA, and us, under the terms of your policy and once your insurer has authorised the treatment. Anything your policy does not cover, you pay yourself.

Third party administrators

A third party administrator (TPA) is a company your insurer appoints to process its claims. A TPA does not insure you: your cover stays with your insurer. The TPA’s name is usually printed on your health card.
